Patient Services Coordinator

The Patient Services Coordinator supports the health center's new patient primary care provider assignment, registration, and insurance enrollment processes while acting as a patient advocate. The role involves actively recruiting, assessing, and interviewing potential and actual patients to determine eligibility for government-sponsored health coverage programs. This position ensures that all eligibility applications are complete, accurate, and processed in a timely manner with correct data entry into EPIC.
