Patient Services I

The Patient Services I is responsible for initiating patient visits, coordinating appointments, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate patient information in the electronic medical record system. The role also provides courteous telephone access, assists with insurance verification, and supports patients with information about clinic programs, including bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
