Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and complete registration verification of demographics and insurance
• Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate physician and patient time
• Process insurance authorizations and obtain necessary consent forms
• Route calls and messages to appropriate clinical departments
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold medical office standards of care
