The Patient Services Representative serves as the primary liaison for Proliance Surgeons, managing patient appointments, verifying eligibility, and ensuring seamless practice operations. This role involves coordinating with physicians and medical staff to schedule procedures, handle insurance verification, and maintain accurate records within practice management systems.
