Responsibilities

• Register patients and complete required paperwork
• Screen new patients for eligibility and collect demographic information
• Answer telephone calls, schedule appointments, and provide patient communication
• Calculate patient charges, collect payments, and record fees in the system
• Maintain and update patient charts and electronic files
