Patient Services Representative

The role serves as a professional and welcoming front‑line representative for Training HAUS patients, families, visitors, and Viking stakeholders, handling customer service, registration, and problem resolution in a clinic setting. The position works full‑time, Monday‑Friday, managing appointments, insurance verification, and communication with patients while supporting community outreach events.
