Patient Services Representative

Community Health Care is seeking a Patient Services Representative to provide customer service to patients regarding their accounts, including setting up payment plans and answering billing questions. The role involves processing referrals, contacting patients to schedule appointments, and ensuring accurate billing information and sliding fee documentation in electronic health record systems. This position requires working a 6:00 AM–5:00 PM shift, four days per week.
