Patient Services Representative

The Patient Services Representative is responsible for enrolling new clients, registering patients, and obtaining detailed insurance information. The role involves entering data into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and performing administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and managing incoming calls. PSRs are cross-trained to work at various Health and Wellness Centers, including the Navigation Center.
