Patient Services Specialist

The Oregon Clinic is seeking a full-time Patient Services Specialist to work in its Plastic Surgery East Clinic in Northeast Portland. The role involves checking patients in and out, managing referrals and appointment scheduling, handling multi-line phone calls, and processing insurance information while providing excellent customer service. The specialist will support both cosmetic and general patient inquiries and perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
