Patient Services Tech Specialist

The Patient Services Tech Specialist will perform phlebotomy and specimen collection duties, including venipuncture, capillary draws, urine drug screens, and other specialized collections for patients of all ages. The role also includes administrative tasks such as answering phones, maintaining records, and providing orientation and training to staff while ensuring compliance and safety standards.
