Patient Services Technician

The Patient Services Technician performs daily patient service activities at the Patient Services Center or in-office, accurately and on time. The role involves interacting with clients, patients, and PathGroup personnel professionally, and performing forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures. The position requires maintaining a calm environment for patients, ensuring accurate specimen collection and processing, and adhering to safety and compliance guidelines.
