Patient Support Lead-Patient Access

The Patient Support Lead provides day-to-day leadership and support for Patient Access operations within the Emergency Department, serving as a resource for team members while ensuring timely and accurate registration services. This role promotes efficient workflows and exceptional customer service, assisting staff with questions and escalated patient situations in a fast-paced emergency care environment. The position collaborates closely with clinical staff and department leadership to ensure a smooth registration process from patient arrival through completion of Patient Access activities.
