Patient Transporter

The Service Associate functions as a Patient Transporter, moving patients by wheelchair, cart, or bed throughout the hospital while maintaining the integrity of lines, tubes, and collection devices. The role requires following department processes to ensure safe and efficient transport, documenting pickups and arrivals, and communicating effectively with clinical and non-clinical staff. Additional tasks may include assisting visitors, gathering equipment, and transporting specimens as needed.
