The DPS Patrol Officer is a full-time, uniformed, unarmed university employee responsible for maintaining a safe and secure campus environment for students, faculty, staff and guests at Loyola Marymount University. The role reports to a Shift Supervisor and/or Watch Commander and primarily involves patrolling campus grounds and buildings while representing the Department of Public Safety.
