Pavilion Licensed Practical Nurse

Under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and/or Charge Nurse, Pavilion Licensed Practical Nurses assist in the direct daily care of patients by assessing needs and providing appropriate treatment plans. The role involves accompanying providers during patient rounding, reviewing diagnostics, and carrying out doctor's orders to ensure comprehensive patient care. Additionally, the position requires maintaining accurate documentation, managing medication carts, and participating in treatment team meetings to support overall patient well-being.
