Pavilion Operations 20-0701

This role is responsible for the development and implementation of recreation operations for revenue-producing Park District facilities, including the Pavilion Community Center, Al Hattendorf Center, Pirates’ Cove, and Rainbow Falls. The position provides leadership to recreation staff, manages facility operations and general programming, and ensures high levels of service quality. The incumbent oversees full-time and part-time employees, manages operational budgets, and collaborates with community groups and other divisions to deliver quality programs and services.
