The Paving Roller Operator is an essential member of the asphalt paving crew responsible for operating steel drum and pneumatic rollers to compact asphalt surfaces on highways, private roads, parking lots, and driveways. This position plays a critical role in achieving proper density, smoothness, and overall quality of finished asphalt projects. The role involves working closely with the paving crew and foreman to meet production goals while adhering to safety policies and equipment inspection procedures.
