Paving Superintendent

Goebel Construction is seeking an experienced Paving Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations for Caltrans and heavy civil construction projects throughout Northern California. This role serves as a key liaison between project management, owners, and field crews to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive paving and roadway construction experience to mentor foremen, coordinate resources, and maintain compliance with Caltrans specifications.
