About this role
GRAIL is hiring a Payer Engagement Account Director to own and advance a pipeline of payer opportunities, converting payer interest into coverage- and access-enabling outcomes. The role is remote (East Coast preferred) and focuses on shaping payer perception and adoption of the company’s early cancer detection products while collaborating across clinical, commercial, and HEOR teams. The position requires travel to payer sites and occasional company offices.
