Payer Enrollment Operations Lead

This role serves as the dedicated lead for launching and managing a large enterprise payer enrollment client, overseeing the operational side of implementation, team building, and day-to-day account management. The position involves ensuring contractual SLAs and quality commitments are met while building operational leverage through automation and process improvement. As the account stabilizes, the scope expands to include a portfolio of enterprise clients, functioning as a general manager for the business.
