Responsibilities

Build and maintain end-to-end SOPs for payer contracting and enrollment workflows
Conduct persistent follow-up with payers to resolve application deficiencies and blockages
Coach offshore team members on quality standards and payer process execution
Design quality controls to reduce rework and rejected applications in the pipeline
Prepare and track payer contract applications to ensure accuracy and timely submission
