The specialist will maintain detailed trackers, follow up with payers, and collaborate with internal teams to drive pipeline throughput and SLA execution.

Responsibilities

Document and maintain end-to-end SOPs for payer contracting and credentialing workflows
Investigate stalled applications and drive cycle-time improvements across the expansion pipeline
Conduct proactive follow-up with payers to resolve deficiencies and push applications through to approval
