Payment Operations Specialist

The Payment Operations Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of multiple payment and transaction files, playing a critical role in the daily movement of funds for members and the credit union. The role involves processing exceptions, conducting research to resolve member service issues, and providing superior service to internal and external members. The specialist also identifies suspicious activity, reconciles department accounts, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
