Payment Posting Representative

This remote position is responsible for processing credit account balances from patients and insurance within the Hospital and/or Medical Group revenue operations. The role involves reducing patient balance account receivable credits, coordinating with customer service to communicate overpayments, and resolving issues to ensure full adjudication of accounts. Key activities include posting patient balance refunds, rebilling claims, and maintaining accurate cash posting and reconciliation.
