Payment Posting Specialist

This role is responsible for processing and reconciling payment documentation, including bank reports, EOBs, and EFT information, to ensure accurate revenue recognition and timely payment posting. The specialist will research and resolve payment exceptions, maintain detailed logs and client files, and support month-end closing processes while adhering to established deadlines and confidentiality standards. The position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a foundational understanding of medical billing terminology and insurance guidelines.
