Payment Processing Officer

This role is responsible for receiving and processing Requests for Payment (RFP) forms and managing payment settlements through various modes such as credit to CASA accounts, manager's checks, and telegraphic transfers. The position involves reviewing payment requests for approval, encoding data in the Purchasing System, and booking processed transactions within target turnaround times. Additionally, the role includes scanning and safekeeping disbursement-related documents and releasing credit memos and checks to suppliers and other stakeholders.
