Payments Analytics & Operations Lead

This role owns the measurement and strategy behind fixing payment declines, reducing acceptance costs, and expanding local payment methods for a global consumer subscription business. The position involves deep analysis of authorization rates, cost of acceptance, and renewal strategies to optimize revenue and reduce involuntary churn. The successful candidate will partner with Finance, Product, and Engineering to implement data-driven improvements across the payment lifecycle.
