Westpac New Zealand
Westpac's Payments Graduate Programme is a 10‑12 month full‑time graduate role based in Auckland, starting February 2027. Graduates will rotate through areas such as payments analysis, operations, and change delivery, gaining exposure to systems, processes and cross‑functional teams while receiving mentorship and tailored training.
