About this role

The Payor Contract Manager, Infusion oversees the end‑to‑end management, analysis, and administration of payor contracts for specialty, home, and ambulatory infusion services. The role ensures contracts are implemented, maintained, and renewed in compliance with regulations while optimizing reimbursement and supporting revenue forecasting and profitability reporting.

Responsibilities

Manage lifecycle of payor contracts including review, implementation, and renewals
Analyze reimbursement methodologies and identify revenue leakage risks
Translate contract terms into operational requirements for pharmacy and billing systems
Partner with finance and revenue cycle teams to resolve payment disputes and support margin analysis
Ensure contract compliance with federal and state regulations and maintain audit‑ready documentation
