Payroll Accountant

The Payroll Accountant is responsible for processing and auditing payroll for hourly and salaried employees across multiple locations and jurisdictions. This role ensures accurate payroll transactions flow through the general ledger, manages payroll-related reconciliations, and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations. The position also involves supporting month-end and year-end close processes, resolving payroll discrepancies, and generating reports to support operational and financial decision-making.
