Payroll Administrator

The Payroll Administrator will report to the Payroll Manager and be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of multi-company and multi-state payroll, with a strong emphasis on union payroll administration. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations while maintaining payroll records, auditing payroll data, and resolving employee payroll-related issues. The position involves processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll, calculating wages and deductions, and managing payroll tax filings and year-end activities.
