Payroll Administrator

The Payroll Administrator is responsible for the accurate preparation, documentation, distribution, and reconciliation of payroll, as well as the administration of the payroll system. This role supports payroll compliance, tax reporting, HRIS administration, timekeeping, leave tracking, and employee payroll support while ensuring adherence to federal, state, provincial, and local regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, customer-focused, and capable of managing sensitive information with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
