The Payroll Administrator manages and executes the end-to-end payroll function for Crescent Park Corporation, ensuring accurate and timely payment for all employees across multiple sites while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role serves as the subject-matter expert for payroll processing, tax compliance, and system modules, partnering with People Operations, Finance, and leadership to deliver a seamless payroll experience. The position focuses on strengthening payroll processes, supporting system transitions, and driving continuous improvement in payroll operations.
