Payroll Administrator

As a Payroll Administrator at TopMondzorg, you are responsible for the accurate processing of payroll for over 200 entities and 3,500 employees, including unique and complex payroll structures. You will critically evaluate existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve them while serving as a point of contact for colleagues and collaborating with HR, practice managers, and the Finance department. The role involves staying updated on legal and fiscal developments and translating relevant changes into practice within the organization.
