Payroll and Operations Associate

The Payroll and Operations Associate manages payroll operations and supports Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) workflows by handling UKG payroll processing, DSP hour reconciliation, and data integration between HHA Exchange, Netsmart, and UKG. The role ensures accurate, timely, and audit-ready payroll data flow while providing operational support for EVV usage and collaborating with Finance, HR, Billing, and Program leadership. This position reports directly to the Senior Accountant and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to employees, families, and program partners.
