Payroll Associate

The Payroll Associate assists in the preparation of weekly and biweekly payroll processes, including running reports and inputting data necessary to issue accurate, timely payroll for Genesis HealthCare System employees and Partner Companies. The role involves processing wage verifications, government-related court-ordered forms, and maintaining authorized changes to employee time and profile through Workday. Additionally, the position requires reconciling payroll reports, compiling data for accounting and accrual reports, and ensuring compliance with governmental regulatory standards.
