Payroll & Benefits Administration

The Payroll & Benefits Administration Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of payroll and benefits operations for over 600 employees across Interface. This role partners closely with the Payroll Associate Manager and the People Team to ensure accurate processing, smooth administration, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Responsibilities include processing bi-weekly payroll, managing benefits enrollments, assisting with state tax filings, and maintaining personnel files.
