Payroll & Benefits Administrator

The Payroll & Benefits Administrator is responsible for managing multi-state payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance for a workforce of over 800 employees. This role serves as the primary point of contact for payroll and benefits inquiries, partnering with brokers and vendors to handle renewals, open enrollment, and billing reconciliations. The position also oversees payroll taxes, garnishments, ACA reporting, and year-end compliance to ensure accurate and timely operations.
