The Payroll & Benefits Specialist will own full-cycle payroll for U.S. employees and global employees managed via an Employer of Record, administer employee benefit programs, and support HR compliance and reporting activities. The role requires close collaboration with HR and Finance, attention to detail for audits and reconciliations, and handling export-control eligibility checks as part of the application process. Experience with Rippling and multi-state payroll is a plus. This position is part of the HR team at a fast-growing radar technology company.
