Payroll & Benefits Specialist

The Payroll & Benefits Specialist is responsible for processing full‑cycle bi‑weekly payroll for three companies using Dayforce, and serving as the primary contact for payroll and benefits inquiries. The role ensures accurate payroll records, administers group benefit plans and RRSPs, and handles reconciliations, journal entries, and year‑end tax filings while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with legislation and collective agreements.
