Payroll Data & Transition Specialist

The Payroll Data & Transition Specialist role at Ampol is a dedicated payroll subject matter expert position supporting the delivery of an ongoing integration project. This role focuses on complex payroll data, systems, reconciliation, compliance, and workforce change activities rather than day-to-day payroll processing. The specialist will work closely with payroll and project stakeholders to prepare for bringing a payroll environment on board. Key tasks include extracting, cleansing, and validating complex payroll data, performing redundancy and entitlement calculations, and interpreting awards to assess payroll impacts.
