Payroll Director US & Canada

The Payroll Director US & Canada serves as the independent, hands-on payroll subject-matter expert responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of payroll for US and Canadian operations. This highly autonomous role owns the full payroll lifecycle, managing complex multi-jurisdiction operations, statutory reporting, benefits deductions, and 401(k) payroll support. The position partners closely with Talent, Finance, Legal, and vendors to maintain strong controls, resolve issues, and build scalable payroll practices.
