Payroll & Finance Operations Coordinator

As a Payroll & Finance Operations Coordinator at BASE life science, you will support efficient payroll and finance operations across an international organization with offices in Copenhagen, Barcelona, and Bangalore. The role involves coordinating monthly payroll inputs, assisting with reconciliations, and supporting month-end closing activities for multiple countries including Spain, France, Italy, the UK, the US, Germany, Switzerland, and Denmark. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external payroll providers, and the Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing while contributing to process improvements.
