Payroll Implementation Specialist

Newtek is seeking a Payroll Implementation Specialist to join its Sales department and assist in the implementation and integration of iSolved products for new clients. This role focuses on onboarding clients from existing payroll systems or previous HCM platforms while ensuring a smooth transition to Newtek's modern payroll and human capital management solutions. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to streamline payroll processes, improve automation, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the implementation lifecycle.
