About this role
The China Payroll Country Lead is a senior payroll role within Remote’s Global Payroll team responsible for leading the country pod for China and ensuring payroll is delivered accurately, on time, and in compliance with local regulations. The role acts as the primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders and contributes to process improvements, governance, and system developments. This position is part of a fully remote, globally distributed team and reports to the Manager, Payroll Operations.
