Payroll Lead

The Payroll Lead will own and manage Helsing's payroll function across Germany and its growing international footprint, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of monthly payroll cycles. This hands-on leadership role involves designing scalable operating models, guiding payroll specialists, and partnering with Finance on accounting and reconciliations. The position requires deep expertise in German payroll compliance and the ability to manage external providers while establishing robust controls and processes.
