Tarmac is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead a critical Payroll Benefits in Kind (PBIK) implementation programme within its SAP ECC Payroll environment. This role requires a subject matter expert to drive business change, ensure HMRC compliance, and manage stakeholder engagement across Payroll, Reward, Finance, HR, and IT teams. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end project delivery, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and business readiness ahead of the April 2027 deadline.
