The Payroll Manager is responsible for overall administration and execution of payroll for a multi-state, multi-company, and global workforce within a highly regulated environment. The role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing in accordance with federal contracts, Service Contract Act, and collective bargaining agreements. The manager leads and develops the payroll team, maintains system integrity, and partners with HR and Finance to support organizational needs.
