Payroll Manager

Walbec Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead one of the industry's most complex payroll operations across six companies and thirty-plus union agreements. This strategic role involves overseeing weekly hourly payroll, driving continuous improvement in CMIC and Workday systems, and scaling the operation from the Midwest to all contiguous states. The candidate will manage a team of twelve, handle technical union compliance, and lead payroll integration efforts during Mergers and Acquisitions.
