Responsibilities

• Lead execution of bi-weekly payroll cycles across multiple entities and states.
• Oversee payroll inputs including timekeeping and tax withholdings for 2,000+ employees.
• Manage payroll system implementations and optimize third-party provider contracts.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Lead and mentor the payroll team while driving continuous process improvements.
